Fees & practical details
All Odense Tour Guides charge the same fees:
1 hour – DKK 800
2 hours – DKK 1,300
3 hours – DKK 1,600
Each subsequent hour: DKK 300 per starting hour
Fees are valid for 2026 + 2027
NB: From 2027 the following fees apply for guided tours of Egeskov Castle:
1 hour – DKK 1,000
2 hours – DKK 1,500
3 hours – DKK 1,800
Each subsequent hour: DKK 300 per starting hour
Transport time:
Guided tours normally start in Odense or at Egeskov.
If the tour starts in other towns on Funen, a transport fee of DKK 300 will be added.
For start locations outside Funen, transport costs will be added by agreement.
Entrance fees:
Entrance fees are not included in the guiding fee.
Recommended group size:
A group no larger than 25 lets the participants get the most out of the tour.
Contact one of the English-speaking guides who will coordinate with the other guides.
Just one contact:
All the Odense Tour Guides are independent business operators, but they coordinate their activities. Should you need more than one guide, your initial contact will look after arrangements with the other guide(s).
You may communicate directly with your chosen guide by phone, or use the booking link for your selected guide and fill out the form that is sent directly to the guide for administrative ease.
Payment:
Payment details are settled with the guide.
Cancellation:
Cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before meeting time. By later cancellation, the full amount will be invoiced.

We recommend using the restrooms before the start of the trip. We do our best to help, but cannot always guarantee easily accessible toilets along the way.
We draw the attention of tour participants to the fact that our guided tours take place in public spaces and in places that Odense Tour Guides is not a part of or has control over, and that as a result we are not, nor can be held responsible, should tour participants come to injury during a guided tour. It belongs under the tour participant’s own accident insurance.
